PPAP submissions either move your project forward or stop it cold. How we deliver
Methodology
We embed with your project team typically 8 to 12 weeks before customer SOP. Our role is part audit, part facilitation - we identify gaps in the PPAP package, work with your engineering and quality teams to close them, and dry-run the submission before it leaves your system. When customer questions come back, we are still on the team to support resolution.
