How we deliver
Methodology
We train auditors using your actual processes as the case study. Sessions include observation drills, role-play interviews, and finding-writing workshops. By the end, each participant has conducted at least one full audit with peer review. We can also provide certified lead auditor mentoring under VDA and IATF schemes if your organization is moving toward independent audit capability.
