How we deliver
Methodology
System implementation is a 6 to 18 month engagement depending on plant size and starting maturity. We co-design with your leadership team, then deploy through coached pilots before scaling. Our role is to make ourselves unnecessary - by the end of the engagement, your internal team owns the system, runs the rhythms, and trains the next wave of supervisors.
