Quality control has long been a discipline of paper checklists, manual logs, and offline data analysis. At Industrial Sorting Solutions, we are systematically replacing every legacy workflow with digital tools that give clients real-time visibility into the quality of their production lines.
The first wave is already in deployment. Our inspectors at quality walls now record findings on tablets, with defect data flowing in real time into client dashboards. PPM trends, top defect categories, and corrective action status are visible the moment a part is checked, no more waiting for end-of-shift summaries or daily reports.
The next investments target ERP integration. By the end of 2026, ISS quality data will sync directly with client ERP systems including SAP, Oracle, and Microsoft Dynamics. Inspection results, traceability codes, and containment status will appear in client systems automatically, eliminating manual data entry and the errors it introduces.
We are pursuing this transformation with measured ambition. Digital tools are only as good as the discipline behind them, so each tool is rolled out with full team training and a pilot phase. Our partnership approach extends to digitalization: we work with clients to align on data standards, integration points, and reporting formats before going live.
