Vehicle Rework
Defects do not stop at the part level. Sometimes the vehicle itself needs correction - in the body shop, the paint line, final assembly, or out in the factory and network yards. ISS provides full-vehicle rework across every stage of the production and distribution chain, and through our partnership with AEYED France, we extend that capability across Europe.

Vehicle rework scope
Project phase
Mockup builds, part modification, and provisional solutions during vehicle development and pre-series phases.
Body (Tolerie)
Sheet metal rework, body panel dressing, and conformity restoration on body-in-white and assembled structures.
Paint
Surface aspect correction and paint application to bring vehicles back to finish specification.
Assembly (Montage)
Corrosion treatment on metallic parts, replacement of incorrectly assembled components, end-of-line rework, and trim, mechanical, and electrical correction.
Factory Yard (Parc Usine)
Production flow recovery, blocking and inspection of suspect units, repair, and identification of sample vehicles requiring attention.
Network Yard (Parc Reseau)
Calculator reflashing, software updates, and full vehicle conformity restoration for units already in the distribution network.
